"This was our 2nd stay, the first time 2 years ago we enjoyed the stay so much that we invited our family, the grand kids loved the river, could not keep them from enjoying the chilling experience of wading and exploring it.Tubing in the river was a big hit.The fire pit was perfect to enjoy smores and comradery of family time, everything was properly provided, our 2 grand boys wanted to camp out and they were able to do it. This is the best place to enjoy the area. "

"Beautiful property with lots of amenities! Our family enjoyed the Toccoa river and being located right at the fish trap we were set for success. The game room was fun and so was the Blue Ridge Railway which came by every day we were there. Lots of nice decks and outside furniture areas to enjoy the outdoors. Also lots of steps, so especially the way back up may be hard for those with mobility issues. Wonderful place for fishing, nature and fun!"

"This property is even more stunning in person! There were about 16 of us who booked it for a birthday and honestly we couldn't have been happier with the house, amenities, and location. We cooked huge meals every night and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The lake was a delight and all of the rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. "This lovely cabin is in a great location for exploring the area. The view from the porch is amazing. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, a Keurig, lots of dishes. It is nicely furnished. We loved the hot tub and the pool table for nice relaxing evenings with the family. The road up to the cabin is a little harrowing the first time you go up. "

"Tons of thought was put into decorating the cabin. So many little touches that would catch your eye. Hot tub was so nice. We had a concern with the temperature of the water, messaged the information of what we were experiencing. Prompt responses back to us, and on a Saturday of the Labor Day weekend, there was another hot tub delivered and installed. We were up and running for that evening. It was a good getaway."

"Our stay at Forest Bluff was exceptional. The cabin was as described and shown in the pictures, and has been well cared for throughout. There is ample space for kids and adults. Our family enjoyed the waffle bar and many, many hours of ping pong and billiards. The balcony was a perfect retreat after exploring the town of Blue Ridge and surrounding areas in Northwest Georgia. We hope to return one day soon! "
