"Location was convient as the side by side trail passes in front of the rental,Perfect area also if you just wanted to go canoeing, relaxing in front of the outdoor fire pit.The cottage was modern and beautiful.The downside , not kid friendly .For a weekend or week getaway, it’s perfect for a group of adults, I would give it a 10/10"

"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!"

"GREAT STAY. Dan and Lisa thought of everything. Stayed for a week during a heat wave at end of June. Cottage stayed nice and cool, river was very refreshing. Family room and bedroom downstairs perfect for teens to have their own space. Highly recommended."

"We had a really great stay at this property. Beds were comfy, lots of different seating areas outside, and the beach / shallow water was perfect for kids. We loved using the kayaks. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. A little construction noise that he warned us about but it didn’t bother us at all. The privacy of the property made it extremely quiet otherwise. "The Little Riverside was exceptionally clean, and well a appointed and the kitchen included anything you may need. Beds were very comfortable as well. Access was easy and the location is quiet with very little traffic. The two different outdoor seating areas were lovely, and enjoyed every day.
