"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have...

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schönen Ort. Sauber, geräumig, Hell und ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem sehr positiv. Einzig negativ zu bewerten ist die Baustelle welche sich derzeit genau vor dem Hauseingang befindet (hört man aber in der Wohnung nichts von) und das es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Umgebung gibt und man auch sonst nicht mit dem Auto bis an die Wohnung heran kommt. Wer also mit viel Gepäck anreist, muss mindestens 500m schleppen.
