"The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Cleanliness and ambience was perfect. Design and furniture was beautiful. However they need to improve their house keeping department. They come in the morning and if we are sleeping they don’t bother checking again later. There is an electronic sign at the door indicating clean the room but it is useless if they don’t come to check it. Every afternoon I need to ask them to clean it. One day it was 6 pm and they have not cleaned our room yet....

The Executive Suite was huge and beautifully appointed having been upgraded (after generously moving the date of the stay despite it being a non-refundable room) - welcome drinks were offered before a lovely dinner which was perfect for me and my daughter. "Es un hotel hermoso en primera línea de playa. La habitación tiene una vista espectacular, de la estancia y desde la bañera. Amplia, muy bien decorada y acogedora. Nos recibieron con una copa de prosseco, el personal muy atento. El desayuno variado y delicioso. La única sugerencia fue que renovaran el mobiliario de playa, por el aire una sombrilla me cayó encima y tengo un terrible moreton. También lo comentamos en recepción."

I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com. "
