We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

"As soon as our booking was confirmed the contact and support was faultless. The only negative is that we were unable to extend our stay. If the property had been available we would have loved to stay longer. Everything wa perfect. "

"The suites are located within a 10 minute walk of Canons Park station, which is about a 35 minute commute to central London. The suite was clean and safe with brand new amenities. My husband and I were very happy with our stay."
