"El hotel estaba bien en general, muy bien situado para llegar en tren al centro de Copenhague (8 minutos andando hasta la estación de Gentofte y desde allí 10-15 minutos en tren hasta el centro). Nuestra habitación estaba en la última planta y sorprendentemente no tenía aire acondicionado a pesar de tener el tejado encima así que pasamos mucho calor por la noche (esos días en Copenhague la temperatura no bajó de 25 grados). Nos dieron un par de ventiladores pero no ayudó mucho la verdad. Zona...

"This house is a child’s dream house!!!We enjoyed our 5 night stay! The kitchen was fully equipped as well!We were able to do some of our own cooking but we also took advantage of some of the restaurants nearby.Our Grandchildren loved going to Gentofte lake.When at home the yard was like a mini park with a trampoline and other fun activities!The bedrooms had plenty of toys and books.Also, there was a friendly neighborhood cat that visited us!!Excellent stay!!!"

"This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries.
Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin...

"A nuestra llegada el personal fue muy amable… la habitación estaba limpia pero tenía el olor del huésped anterior (sudor) pero el personal hizo lo posible para que se fuera cambio almohadas y ventilo.
Nos ayudaron a resguardar nuestro equipaje y siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades.
Hotel muy lindo, bien ubicado. Desayuno variado y rico.
