"Muy bonito hotel y gran servicio "

"El hotel estaba bien en general, muy bien situado para llegar en tren al centro de Copenhague (8 minutos andando hasta la estación de Gentofte y desde allí 10-15 minutos en tren hasta el centro). Nuestra habitación estaba en la última planta y sorprendentemente no tenía aire acondicionado a pesar de tener el tejado encima así que pasamos mucho calor por la noche (esos días en Copenhague la temperatura no bajó de 25 grados). Nos dieron un par de ventiladores pero no ayudó mucho la verdad. Zona...

"Die Unterkunft wäre gut gelegen um mit der Bahn nach Kopenhagen zu fahren (ca. 20 Minuten). Die Küche ist sparsam ausgestattet aber alles vorhanden, Spül- und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist sehr knapp bemessen, sodass das Waschbecken beim Duschen komplett nass wird. Insgesamt als Familie (für 4 Personen) nicht möglich, kostenlos storniert wegen Doppelbuchung."

"This house is a child’s dream house!!!We enjoyed our 5 night stay! The kitchen was fully equipped as well!We were able to do some of our own cooking but we also took advantage of some of the restaurants nearby.Our Grandchildren loved going to Gentofte lake.When at home the yard was like a mini park with a trampoline and other fun activities!The bedrooms had plenty of toys and books.Also, there was a friendly neighborhood cat that visited us!!Excellent stay!!!"

"This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin...

"Cuando llegamos el cuarto estaba desordenado y sin limpieza a pesar de que era la hora del check in, nunca limpiaron nuestra habitación y solo nos dieron sábanas y almohadas para que nosotros arregláramos el cuarto, muy mala experiencia y servicio. Nada recomendable"

"Excelente ubicación, una zona muy segura y limpia, cerca de La Estación Central de trenes, metro, tranvías y autobuses. Mi habitación estaba en un piso 20, por lo que pude observar gran parte de la ciudad desde mi habitación. Cuenta con cocineta, refrigerador y la TV está separado del dormitorio, lo cual es muy conveniente. El desayuno es fresco, basto y de buena calidad. Cuenta con bicicletas para renta. Yo repitiré en ese hotel para siguientes visitas a Copenague"
