Lacked basic things like toaster, oven mitts, rags. Furniture and beds are old and worn and dirty. Towels and bedding did not feel fresh or clean. Air felt stagnant but large windows can be opened."

"The place was clean, parking was easy to find, pricing was great, and there were a lot of necessities right in the subdivision. Living space was a bit small, and no fault to the owner but there was a lot of construction which made the subdivision a little difficult to navigate at times and made it very muddy. Would stay again for sure."

"Joe’s place was great for our girls get together. All beds were comfortable including the sofa bed( the extra foamy mattress for it was just what it needed) The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. There is no air conditioning but the fans in the bedrooms made it pleasant for sleeping even on a 30 degree day. The area is quiet and just a short drive from amenities. The host is very receptive and good to deal with. It is good value for the price"

"No tenia mucha expectativa pero al llegar me sorprendió, el personal ameno que te hace tener una buena impresión, la habitación excelente, la vista al rio hizo tener una buena experiencia, me dieron de cortesía el estacionamiento, además tome el desayuno en el restaurante del hotel y fue un servicio y calidad de los alimentos excelente, si vienes a saskatoon este puede ser muy buena opción en el downtown además cerca de restaurantes, lugares para hacer compras."
