"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. "There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. "The owner met us at the dock and invited us into her beautiful resort. The location is perfect for this diving haven. Everything you need is on site and your are only a 5 minute walk to Sabang for the nightlife. The staff is so helpful and friendly! My buddy left his passport there and they helped arranged to get it back. They also can arrange for your transfer from Manila to the resort as well. So convenient and stress free. This is a hidden paradise "

"The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! The last day the WiFi came back on but nobody bothered to let me know they changed the password! Staff was very nice and food was decent (especially compared to options around...
