"Our experience was wonderful, the staff, food and the accommodation was immaculate. Loved our stay at FS Serengeti."

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident manager so nice and engaging. You feel welcome the moment you enter the premisses. The view from the rooms is stunning."

"My stay was OK, but nobody from the hotel advised how to enter Serengeti Park via flight, while fees to be paid in the hotel - I was stuck at Serengeti airport for 3 hours"

"Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information. When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package.

"This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime! The security was top notch, we did enjoy shining our flashlight out of the tent at night to see the "glowing eyes" . The lodge was great with the observation deck for animals and we even had water buffalo near the pool one afternoon while we were sunning with a G&T. The whole propery was clean and comfortable with first class service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had first class service the entire visit. Our guide through the...

"I’ve never thought such service exists. The place, the stuff , the hotel itself were incredible. Safari was so exciting. The camp you live in is like my dream house I would like to take with me everywhere. I never forget the kindness of the stuff."

"Good for price but not luxury tent"

"IEverything was amazing , specially Julius , John and all the staff with great heart. Can"t wait to come back ."
