"So far i had a great experience staying at this hotel. The foods are fine, service from the fo and fb staff are very nice, and i love the concept of this hotel. But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. "Great stay, wonderful staff, we felt really welcomed and they were really helpful all the time.The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable. The only thing to improve and it did not bother us at all was that the pool was too cold for us. Breakfast is really good as well. 10 by 10 for me. "I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked.
