"This property was so beautiful. Well decorated, clean, near everything and the staff were excellent.
They didn’t have their own parking but there was nearby parking that was easy to find and a close walk."

"At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment...

"Great hotel, very well located in Portrush, just a few steps from the rail station. Staff was nice and friendly, room was big and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was wifi coverage (only around the reception) but it was ok, we could (and should) live without it on holiday."
