"La propiedad estaba muy limpia y amplia solo les recomiendo dejar alguna cobija porque pasamos frío pues el aire acondicionado estaba encendido y no pudimos moverlo y en las camas solo había una sabana para taparte y las almohadas ya están demasiado delgadas. "

"Schöne Wohnung, schöne Aussicht, sehr sauber, Küche perfekt eingerichtet, leider konnte man im Masterbedroom(Bett 140x188 aber Matratze 135x175) nur alleine Schlafen, denn es ist gerade mal ein Teenybed, Füsse lagen in der Luft - schade, kann man für Leute ab 167cm nicht empfehlen. Das andere Bett im 2. Zimmer Matratze schlecht. Erfreulicherweise haben wir noch Bettwäsche gefunden. Also gut schlafen war einfach nicht - und das im Urlaub, nächtes mal wieder Hotel"

"Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit toller Aussicht auf den See"

"The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in process was simple, although the instructions we were sent had the wrong box described for our apartment, but it was self explanatory once we got there as the boxes are all lettered. A bottle of red wine was left for us on check in, which was a lovely touch and greatly...

"Absolutely fantastic stay. From initial communications to personal meet and brief by Paolo made arrival process welcoming and thorough. The location was perfect for travel in or away from Varenna. The kitchen was well stocked with snackies and a welcome bottle of wine. The loft overlooking the lake was a fabulous retreat after a day exploring the lake. Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"Ideal location, great balcony. Giorgio was very friendly and helpful. Pull out couch is actually 2 twin beds which was perfect for my teenage children."

"La propietaria muy amable y hay personal de mantenimiento que te ayuda en todo. Unas vistas muy bonitas del Lago Garda pero es necesario moverse en coche o en moto, la casa está en una zona alta de Lecco. En mi parecer debería modernizarse un poco la vivienda para ofrecer más calidad, pero el precio está bien. Lo recomendaría."

The balcony was so peaceful and beautiful but we only sat outside early mornings or late evenings...which was ruined by the heavy smokers below us. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights was ridiculous. FYI kitchen soap behind trash can. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. "

"Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top. Ebenso hat uns der Tennisplatz und der große Pool sehr gut gefallen. Kleine negative Punkte waren der recht kleine Balkon und ein Hund in der Nachbarschaft, der nachts oft bellte."

The villa is located at an easy walking distance from the train station, the lakes shoreline and the beautiful town of Varenna. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Lake Como."

"The location is unbeatable and the apartment was perfect for our family. We cannot wait to come back to Varenna!"

"Excellent location in Varenna. Easy to walk around and very spacious for our group of 7 adults plus 1 infant. The home also had everything we needed for our baby. We loved the patio, spacious bathroom, and outdoor area. "

"La propiedad es muy bonita pero tuvimos varios problemas. Mi llave para abrir el porton hacia el lago no funcionaba, en el cuarto teniamos una luz que se apagaba cada 10 minutos (tenia un timer para apagarse) y esa luz la queriamos encendida. Nunca nos dijeron que la hora de salida eran laas 11 am y nos sacaron rapido, no nos dieron ni opcion de un late checkout En general, esto genera incomodidad en la experencia del hotel y preferimos turistear cerca del lago en lugar de quedarnos en el restaurante o en el hotel"
