"We had a good stay here. The room had everything we needed for one night in Blackpool. It was a little farther from the main area than we had hoped but still walkable. Its an incredible building, but could use a refurb."

"Renovación absoluta "

"Liz at the front desk was Great ! She was very helpful with all the amenities and explained option to go out later at night! The room was great, clean and all my family could fit quite well! Location was excellent for someone visiting with no car"

"Excellent ratio of quality to price. The restaurant dinner buffet was very limited."

"Clean room, good location and friendly staff"

"La habitación estaba impecable y el personal fue muy amable"

"Stopped on top floor fire door came open in the night and we had to put towels by the door to stop them rattling. No sleep, no call by staff to advise us the the door was open or warning tape as part of H&S protocol. Rang reception they advised they did know about it. When we checked out the girl behind reception did not care or apologise and just gave me a card to email the company."

"Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains"

"The room and beds were clean, place is in need of updating and apart from being woken at just after 3am by the fire alarm ( which is not hotels fault) we had a good stay and being able to bring our dog was a great asset."

"Estaba todo limpio hasta que tuvimos que mover la cama porque cayo el movil en ese lado ...no hay un colador para hacer pasta . Los cubiertos son minimos"

"Amazing place to stay, Great hotel!"
