"My friend and I wanted to get away for the weekend to catch up, so we decided to go with this cabin. It was perfect for what we needed - super cozy, the beds were comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have as far as cleanliness was the amount of dog hair that was on the couch/living area. Otherwise it’s a great location right next to downtown! I would recommend."

"We had a 11 person group stay here for a trip up north to go skiing at Crystal and celebrate my 30th bday. We enjoyed every inch of the property and wished we could’ve stayed longer! It would be a great property to enjoy in the summer for the pool. The LA lodge had everything we needed. They even shipped me some personal belongings I accidentally left behind. Thanks LA lodge!"

"My fiancé and I had a great time staying here! We took a long weekend off from work just to relax and explore the Traverse city area a bit. This was a great place to come home to after hiking and shopping around the city! We went in April when it was still a bit cold so, the hot tub was an amazing way to relax later in the evening."

"We had a short weekend getaway here and it was top notch. The hosts have thought of every detail to make the stay amazing. We stayed with our daughter (8) who is in a wheelchair and was pleased with the accessibility of the cabin. Our 4 year old loved the great selections of DVDs and games and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the forest. It was amazing to stand on the deck and see nothing but trees and hear NOTHING. Thank you for the wonderful experience,"
