"This was good value at the discount we got for 7 nights. Property is older but nice, the private pool was excellent! You do need your own transportation or use Grab etc, we rented a motor scooter to get around. Melasti and Pandawa beaches are nice and we were here for a wedding so it was very convenient for us. We did have to eat out or order in. Overall we were happy with the stay. "

"Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "

"Great experience at Grun, great location!! Few minutes away from uluwatu, and in a quiet zone. the people was super nice. The place is brand new, with good vibes. We enjoyed the music at the breakfast restaurant, with all the bali vibes. (They should also put this type of music at the pool). The pool area is fantastic. Sunset here is a must! Food is good, but not superb. "

"The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property. "

"Road into the villa is broken. Furniture is old. Main door will be opened by wind if not locked. Room door and window cannot be locked. Terrible bed and pillow. Pool is clean tho. "Fantastic environment, super friendly staffs, super clean. Swimming pool size enough for a family of 5 to play around. Bath and pool towels replenished daily. The chef able to accommodate our food selection and cooking style perfectly. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood.
