"Great location. Hotel was nice and clean. Well run hotel."

"Jeff's Celler was a great experience but remember it is a fine dining and is a set menu. It is a one time experience. The cave setting was great."

"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"It is a very convenient location and affordable. It would be nice to see a new coat of paint of the hotel rooms and replace the carpet with laminate wood floor which make the room more appealing to stay and keep clean."

"When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

"Shop nearby, good location"

"The apartment is clean and location is within walking distance to shopping mall and town. Eating out was a breeze and convenient."

"Baik. Petang agak bising berhampiran kolam"

"Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again."
