"He estado alojada otras veces en este simpático castillo. Esta vez tenía que ir a ayudar a mi hijos a instalarse en la universidad de Bangor. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. "

"Nice warm welcome on entry. All staff were very nice and eager to please. Food was excellent and i always chopped and changed the menu a little which was no problem to them. They cook fresh so ther can taylor for allergies. Rooms were clean and spacious, although i can only vouch for my room. Ok downside, parking can be awkward at times but i always managed to find a spot even though it was the last one. There are no lifts and if you are on the second floor you have 34 steps to go up. All in all...

"After having a great stay here in 2019, we thought that we would visit again. The Dinorben is run by excellent hosts Veronica and Gary, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts, evening meals and Sunday carvery were all excellent. The hotel has clean comfortable rooms, and is a great base for exploring the area, with some lovely walks and places of historical interest. We will definitely visit again."

"Happy to have found the Orient B&B for my one night stay in Holyhead, Wales. The manager was very welcoming and informative which made my stay very enjoyable. My single bed room was very clean and functional. The mattress was firm which I prefer. The room had several tall windows with adjustable shutters. "Granted, we did only give 5 hours notice of our arrival, but the room was dirty and cold on arrival. No heating in the bathroom and the window wouldn't close properly. No soap and we found dried toothpaste on the bed linen. The table was unwiped and greasy. We requested to move rooms and, as much as it was a better room, it did also have issues. No soap in the bathroom and the light was quite frankly dangerous and didn't not stay lit. We found another review which said the same thing back in...
