"A very beautiful property tucked inside a jungle. We had a wonderful stay in a tree house and loved waking up with the birds chirping in the trees. Staff was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The lion rock is only 15 mins away."

"Very nice room, pool great, not walking distance to eateries.
The family looking after the apartments were very helpful.
We had a room and dedicated bathroom (locked for our use but in the wider apartment). There is a common kitchen, lounge and dining room, fortunately we had the place to ourselves but could be problematic if sharing with others (there were 2 or 3 other bedrooms)"

"El lugar está en una zona agreste, rodeado de la naturaleza y muy tranquilo (pero con excelente wifi!) Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Hay una huerta de donde colectan las cosas para la clase de cocina que podés contratar. Realmente vale mucho la pena, no es cara y aprendés como hacer una receta típica, te integra con el resto de los huéspedes y con la familia que atiende quienes son muy amables. "

"The staff at the location were very nice and friendly. The cabins were comfortable and had nice air conditioning, though lots of gaps for mosquitos and other bugs to enter. The term “resort” implies high end accommodations and I would not describe this location as that. This is more like camping in town. The biggest problem I had was: I was told a price through communication via VRBO. I was directed to pay a certain amount online and finalize the payment upon checkout from Gabaa. At checkout I...

"Aara Wild near Sigiriya was the highlight of our whole Sri Lanka trip. From arrival, the warmth of the welcome set the tone – every member of staff, from housekeeping to guides to the kitchen team, was genuinely, unfailingly lovely. It’s rare to feel so looked after and so at ease at once.
The activities were fantastic and varied: a sunset walk with incredible views, a relaxed afternoon tea, a chef’s dinner served poolside under the stars, and a hands-on cooking class. Each felt personal rather...
