"It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. "Food good. Very friendly people. You can rent a stove and you can cook your own food. It's not a 5 star hotel but more of bedspace rental but just a place to sleep. The beach is good. Before you enter Blue Lagoon beach where this home stay is, you need to pay 20 pesos per person to enter the area. Money will go to the barangay, smallest unit of local government. Ask for receipt. They don't issue and refused to give us invoice for the 120 pesos we paid for. I will recommend the place...

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. "The place is so amazing.. the downside is that we have to get the key to the other resort and return it the next day which we left before 6am."

"The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year."
