"The entrance to the hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming and helpful. It was good that you needed a room key to call a lift as it felt secure. Pool was nice but a bit tatty , old surroundings Room on 3rd floor was UNCOMFORTABLY hot with no air con ...just a small desk fan . We hardly slept due to it being too hot and stayed out of the hotel as much as possible which was not great as we were there for a sports competition and needed to rest. "We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."
