"Good buffet breakfast, rooms are clean but small, staff very nice and helpful. Good place to stay in Romford."

"Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...
