"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. "We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. "We stayed in this cabin for 2.5 months while our home was repaired after extensive water damage. The host was very accommodating with our situation, extended our stay for the additional 2 week needed until our home was competed. The front poarch was a great place to sit and watch our dog in the open area to run and expend his energy. We highly recommend Happy Bottom!"

"Cabin and land were absolutely amazing! Rachelle was so nice and welcoming plus communication was great. Was supposed to be a getaway for my wife and i before the Christmas holiday but my wife had a work emergency as we were leaving so i spent it alone but honestly had such a relaxing time. Did a little hiking and local sightseeing. Cannot say enough about how beautiful,peaceful and quiet the area is. Great little getaway. Hope to go back early spring with my wife. "

"La ubicación del resort es hermosa, puedes caminar, hacer actividades acuáticas, considero que tiene un precio justo. Lo que no me pareció para nada, es que el restaurante no está abierto siempre, todo lo que comimos, tuvo que ser de las tiendas cercanas, porque el restaurante no estaba abierto, ni para la cena ni para el desayuno."
