"Perfect snowy getaway for my husband, my toddler and me. Kid friendly with lots of toys and games, even for toddlers. The hot tub was one of the best parts of our stay. Well stocked, lots of spices and cooking utensils/cookware. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was raining or snowing most of the time so we did not get to enjoy the moon room which was not waterproof, but it didn’t take away from our experience and our toddler enjoyed going in and out of the “mini house”. "Absolutely enjoyed our week long stay at gorgeous Peaceful Mountain Chalet! Everything you need is provided. The home is perfectly clean and so comfortable. The views are like a dream! The location is so peaceful and is just a short drive to Blackhawk casinos and Golden Canyon State Park. The host provides great communication. Highly recommend this chalet and host. "Wonderful cabin, we could not be happier with this rental! Wayne keeps a very clean and tidy space, with thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the bath robes and guitar for some morning comfort & evening entertainment. Having access to a washer & dryer was also a big plus during our stay. The location was perfect for us; it was wonderful to have a quiet, peaceful retreat to come home to each day. Thank you so much to Wayne & Brigitte for hosting us!"

"Great place for a weekend getaway. We stayed with a group of four for a golf trip and had a blast exploring the surrounding areas and visiting the Black Hawk casinos, which was only a 8 minute drive.
