"Lovely stay "

"El hotel está super bien ubicado para poder ir caminando al centro de Chester y el Market está literalmente a media cuadra y hay de todo incluyendo muy buenos desayunos. Pero la entrada al hotel casi que da miedo, es un medio sótano oscuro y muy sucio y maloliente. Las indicaciones para llegar a la recepción no son claras o hasta creo inexistentes por lo que uno se siente perdido e inseguro después de pasar esa entrada terrible. Fuimos al restaurante y aparte del servicio muy amable la comida...

"Excellent breakfast, fresh hot and cold food with great choice of options. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Nice cozy bar. Excellent location for as we like to be near tourist attractions, restaurants and bars (all were 4-10 min walk from hotel) but off the main bit so it was quiet at the hotel. Close to railway also. "

"La habitación estaba sucia, el baño también, no servía el teléfono, no limpiaban la habitación. Pedí todos los días que repararan el teléfono y en mis 3 días de estancia, no repararon nada, por lo tanto, si necesitabas limpieza o shampoo o algo, tenías que ir directamente al escritorio a pedirlo, aunque no harían caso ya que solo lo escribían y no hacían nada. De los peores hoteles de esta cadena que regularmente son muy buenos hoteles."

"ha sido interesante. si te gusta el golf, esta bien, pero el hotel esta un poco apartado de todo. Los restaurantes del hotel dejan un poco de ganas"

"And mid aged receptionist was slow. Was not to bothered that people were waiting in a queue waiting to be attended too. Too busy talking about personal life. Bar and breakfast staff were really pleasant and helpful Overall the property can do with an update. Had creaky floors in my room . Squeaky mattress and a loose toilet. "

"Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. "

"Thr Hotel was ok, but I"ve had a big prpblem with EXPEDIA. DON'T BOOK WUITH THEM !!! I had to leave the Hotel after the first night because I have a sight disability and it was difficult for me to reach the room. The Hotel was ok with it and told me they didn´t opose to the return of the money I had paid for the resting 4 nights. But Expedia don't want to return it to me. So, they keep 726 pounds that don't belong to them. I think I'll have to sue Expedia. "
