"There was breakfast included with this room, which was an added bonus. The breakfast tray was delivered the preceding evening which was also good. The unit had a front and back door which was handy, and the night got cold, so we used the aircon to warm things up a bit. Staff/ Owners were friendly and helpful."

"The house itself was unexpectedly good. It exceeded our expections. It was clean and they pretty much provided everything except the bedsheets had a noticeable odor. And the exterior property (front side) felt a bit unsafe and cluttered with scattered metal and debris. Apart from that, it was a good stay. Nice view at the fenced back with wallabies and goats. "I was travelling with a 17 year old dog and she could sleep inside with me. The cabin had an ensuite and a small deck with table and chairs. Also there was a coffee van who made very nice coffee. Very pleased with the property."

"The Royal Motel Tenterfield appears to be a typical basic country motel but it has many special features, the staff were always helpful, the generous supplies of snacks and goodies - renewed daily - and the newly renovated bathrooms made it a standout. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The position in the town was excellent, just a little off the main road so little traffic noise and the motel is situated in the generous rear allotment of the hotel. "One night or seven, Mill cottage is a fantastic stay with everything you need in the cottage. The breakfast supplies are great. The cottage is walking distance to town or simply a great location to sit on the verandah with a glass of wine and people watch. The walk back through time with the way the house is styled is amazing.Not our first time here, highly recommend Mill cottage and have already booked our next trip back."

"We booked this accommodation for a 3 night weekend getaway to celebrate a birthday and we travelled over 4 hours and upon arrival there was no communication from the host and we were unable to get in contact with host to receive the code for entry to the cottage. After numerous attempts at trying to contact the host we had to a book a hotel room for the first night so that we actually had somewhere to stay.
