"Train station is close to the hotel and there are lots of restaurants in between. Also a liquor store is right next door. The staffs are very nice and kind. Rooms are also nice and clean."

What needs to be understood when booking these apartments is that the area in which they are located is terrible. There is nothing to do, everything is run down and the options for eating out are extremely limited. There's a large Westfield shopping centre at the end of the road which doesn't have that many major retailers in it and closes at 5:30pm. "Hotel was everything it was guaranteed to be, however the staff was completely unhelpful and definitely did not do anything to change it. Concierge was rude, when asked if they had restroom while we were waiting for our room he told us to go across the street. Also when we asked for a bottle opener we were told they had none to offer."

"Pros- The rooms were fine- small kitchenette, comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure was good, very clean and couldn’t hear noise in corridor. Staff- friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The Mecure is attached to Bankstown Sports Club. You have the choice of 10 excellent restaurants and cafes. Staff were excellent. Facilities were spotless. Parking- onsite and free. Cons- We started in room 801 which is next to the elevators. You could hear them going up and down...

"I stayed at this hotel and it was so loud and noisy every night banging doors even the people above me were banging on the floor my room roof. And cockroaches as well and the tv keeps on playing up and no fridge it’s a nightmare I will never stay at that hotel ever again."
