"Rooms are clean, modern, comfortable, check in was very quick and easy. The room faced the road and was a little noisy to road traffic and very noisy from neighbouring rooms, rooms to the back are better"

"Shower rose was leaking toilet seat was loose coffee cups were stained and didn’t fit under the coffee machine carpet was so worn but the balcony was very good plenty of space it could be a good apartment just needs updating and there were fixed up paint patches everywhere we would give it about a five out of 10"

"Good size premises, great living area, good size kitchen with all needed utensils. Bed was just a queen but quite firm and comfortable. Good size shower with good water pressure. Did have an issue with the TV not having a power cord, but the staff were able to rectify immediately. No foxtel as advertised, however not a huge issue. The inside shutter and flyscreen were very hard to move on the main entrance (staff notified), made entry, exit and privacy difficult. Stairs going to underground...

"I booked this place because I was traveling with my dog Unfortunately I didn’t book the correct room. The staff rang me to confirm and I was able to get the room. The staff also contacted me to make sure I would check in on time on my day of arrival. This is great service. The room and location are fine The bed is comfortable and the room is located on the ground floor for easy access to pool and garden area I has nothing but a great experience here and a warm good bye as I left I think some...
