"Bien en general"

"Lights not working and toilet kept blocking. Couldn’t close the curtains. However staff made up the shortfall. Cheap weekend getaway."

"Clean and spacious room"

"Great place to stay handy to PaknSave and to get to Claudelands Event Centre"

"Location good for our visit to the Hamilton Gardens and the Zoo."

"Room was spacious and clean. Nice staff and convenient location if you need to catch a flight or visit Hamilton."

"Good location and good for a night while going through Hamilton. However,we were booked for 3 adults but only 2 towels were supplied. And small soap for 3 of us to shower twice!!! One of the pillows was just a small cushion packed in a big pillow case!! It was very uncomfortable to get in jet tub which was quite raised to get a shower and get out. Water was leaking from the tub"

"Clean stay but not great for overseas travellers who need bedding provided. We had no idea that bedding wouldn’t be included and needed to “upgrade” to a smaller room with fewer beds but had blankets."

"Great stay as usual."

"Extremely clean and maintained at excellent standards. The bed was as comfortable as you can get."

"Personal amable, servicios excelentes, habitación impecable"

"Cracked tiles in the bathroom floor. Looking out dated"

"Super bien "

"Quiet, clean with very helpful staff. A short walk to the river walkway which is pleasant way to walk to the city."
