"Las toallas no estaban tan limpias no olían muy bien y se escuchaba mucho ruido incluso el tv de las otras habitaciones el desayuno en el segundo día era el mismo del primer día y lo que quedó porque ya no habían yogures para los cereales "

"Stay overnight for one night. And everything was ok because no loud noises when I arrive late at night. Bed were nice a soft/comfy including staff were understandable when I arrived late n greeted me, next early morning they say good bye have a nice drive back home"

"The staff at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff member working at the breakfast lounge did not seem like she had any interest in being there. But the food was great and the room was perfect! We had an amazing stay in Thunder Bay!"

"Decent for a quick few hours of sleep and a shower. Notes: only 2 towels, no plug for the bathtub, no bath mat and no shampoo/conditioner. No access to ice but go across the street to the convenience store and get ice for a fountain drink...cheaper than a bag. Staff were friendly."

"Depending on what your going for you may be disappointed. We stayed in a retro room which I would say hasn't been touched since the seventies as well as any of the rooms that we looked in as the doors were left open on the other hand it was interesting like walking back in time you can go down to the basement which is not well kept but there is pool tables that are free to use and has the atmosphere as well as '70s bar which it was during that period. The building itself is not well kept up...

"Don’t walk barefoot in your room. There was a worm on the wall in the bathroom. It was disgusting & I would never stay there again."

"Clean rooms, king rooms small, with fridge and microwave. Have to use stairs, no elevators. 2 stories high. Staff helpful, but front desk lady could be a little more mannered. Breakfast good, when getting a bagel to toast, one bagel fell over in container. Front desk lady grabbed the bagel that fell over, telling me that the kitchen staff had then standing up pretty, as if to tell me im making a mess. Didn't appreciate her attitude."

"Room was freshly renovated with higher end finishes. Public areas are under renovation. Breakfast offered no meat products but egg bites were tasty"
