"the hotel is biggest than I expected, and everything was good"

Servicio excelente. Gracias."

"The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was really nice and clean, plus the food was delicious the only regret I have is not staying longer. Would definitely love to go back!"

"We booked a Premium room which turned out to be in the ground floor. It was quite dark with minimal Room lighting. Also the bathroom was quite small with very little space to set up sponge bags etc plus hardly any hanging hooks for towels. I mentioned this at checkout and the very nice receptionist said if I ha d mentioned at the start they could have moved us to an upper floor after the weekend, but the hotel was pretty full when we arrived so I guess we just drew a short straw?"
