" Asiphit & Rita were attentive & lady (apologies I cannot recall her name). 30 Choices is an excellent hotel, very modern, excellent facilities & aestehiectually pleasing. "Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location. "

"Excellent apartment. Felt just like the Mimaru serviced apartments (but without the servicing obviously) but with the bonus of a washing machine in room. Good sized room for Japanese standards, very clean and basically brand new. Very easy check in experience as well. While the immediate area isn’t quite as nice, it’s super close to the main street of Shinsekai with so many excellent dining options. There’s many amazing food options that we want to stay here again to just keep trying more...

"Es bueno pero nunca recibimos los códigos para entrar y el check in es a las 4pm , llegamos a las 3 pm sin códigos de acceso y tuvimos que contactarlos para poder ingresar el lobby , y luego esperar por que hasta las 4 pm se puede ingresar . y teníamos agendado a las 4 pm un tour y no pudimos dejar las maletas. "

"The property is quite nice, very close to the train station. Communication with the manager was seamless and easy, any questions we had they were quick to respond and made sure we were prepared for our visit. Next chance I get to stay in Osaka I am looking for reservations here first. "
