"AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"

"I always stay at the Lockkeeper when I'm up visiting family. It's clean, comfortable with plenty of parking and excellent wi-fi (I worked from the hotel one day, including video calls). The staff are always welcoming and friendly and I often eat at the pub when I stay. It would be good to have an ashtray by the hotel, the only ashtrays are currently in front of the pub."

No tiene estacionamiento propio. Te mandan a uno con el que tiwnen convenio y esta a 5 cuadras. La habitacion tenia olor a tabaco. Estaban remodelando o reparando varias habitaciones en el piso y no habia mucho silencio para descansar. La TV no tenia conectividad con dispositivos moviles.
