Staff very helpful as requested earlier check in as had a wedding to attend at nearby venue. Supporting us with our request enabled us to stay at the wedding venue without the need to return for check in part way through the wedding celebrations. "

"Excellent customer service from the lovely lady at reception! Breakfast was great- continental with the option to order a hot meal too (the scrambled eggs on toast was delicious). We had an early train booked for our checkout day however the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast which we really appreciated. Room spacious and clean - we’d absolutely return!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. "

"We only stayed the one night, and would definitely book here again. The staff were extemely helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room could probably do with an update, but it was clean, spacious, and had a great view. Breakfast was very nice with a great choice of hot drinks and huices as well as both a cold selection buffet, and a cooked breakfast option, all included in our booking. Overall we were vey happy with our stay."

"Es un alojamiento parcialmente reformado, las zonas comunes son muy agradables, el desayuno y el jardín estupendos, pero las habitacones, el mobiliario, baños...están muy antiguos. Para estas instalaciones es caro."
