"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"Amazing place in a local village half an hour away from Prague. The great sunny weather gave us the opportunity to have tremendous morning hikes before going to Prague for the rest of the day. The only downside of staying at this place is, if you want to have a night out in Prague, one person from the group has to stay sober in order to drive back. "Nach langer Fahrt (Durchreise) zufällig auf das Hotel gestoßen. Wir wollten kurz noch in die Sauna bzw. Pool. Fehlanzeige! Angeblich erst morgen wieder laut Rezeption. Der Hammer kam am nächsten Tag. Voller Vorfreude zum Frühstücken: Omlett gibt’s nicht, da nicht mehr als 15 Hotelgäste. Hä, ohne Worte! Kein Honig, kein Nutella !!! Und der Oberhammer, ich hab nichts gegen Kaffeevollautomaten, aber wenn ich sehe, dass sich die Angestellte hinter der Theke einen originalen Espresso macht, verstehe...

"Wir waren zu hundert Prozent zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Das Familienzimmer unter dem alten Dachstuhl war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch der Rest des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück wurden sehr viele, abwechslungsreiche glutenfreie und laktosefreie Alternativen für meinen Mann bereitgestellt. Und auch sonst war die Auswahl absolut ausreichend.
