"Quirky place. Helpful staff."

"Staying at this hotel was phenomenal!! The room is beautiful, the facilities are excellent. I swam, used the jacuzzi, got a very reasonably priced massage, had a great breakfast. The staff could not be more kind or helpful. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and comfortable and available from 10-10, so tons of time to enjoy."

"Muy bien situado, un bar muy acogedor y Tina, la recepcionista, es muy amable"

"Hermoso lugar, el hotel es ideal para descansar después de muchas horas en carretera."

"Great place to stay when in Nis."

"Rooms smell like public bathrooms , I don’t know where was smell coming from but could not able sleep, stayed only sort time ( passing through via highway) .. also towels wear down , perfect location for travelers via car but smell is awful.. hope they will improve this problem so I can stay again"

"The room was fine; however, the service we received was terrible. There was a problem when we arrived because the person in charge didn’t open the door for us, and later we asked for help to call a taxi for the next day since it was very difficult for us as we don’t speak the local language. He said he would help, but in the end, he didn’t do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is far from the tourist area, and the service is terrible."

" the hotel is far from the city center"

"I have never checked in due to the plans amendment, however it was disappointing for not being able to change the dates when needed,"

"Mejorar la limpieza"

"Sehr Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück vor allem freundlicher Personal. Wir sind ganz zufrieden. Vielen Dank"

"Modern klein hotel in het centrum van de stad met eigen parkeerplaatsen."

"Everything was perfect, totally tidy, really close to the fortress. The only issue I can say is the language barrier (in all Serbia) the apartment is in an old shopping mall so that could be kind of complicated."

"Reserve was canceled and I didn’t get my money back"
