"Good selection of food on the menus at reasonable prices. Our meal in the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast has good selection also. The patio doors and windows around hotel and restaurant could do with a clean, other than that it was clean and the rooms were comfortable."

"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras."

"A very pleasant stay, the place is very quiet, accessible and with a huge parking lot. The staff was very helpful. We loved the restaurant with a great variety of dishes, which we enjoyed as much as we could in our short stay. The room, cozy and comfortable."

"Check in was very slow as it looked they were short staffed as people were waiting to order drinks as well and only one staff present. The building and rooms are very tired looking and need updating. Walls between rooms are paper thin and we were next to a couple who argued all night long and you could hear everything. One of the rooms we booked (upstairs) was baking hot, the fan didn't work so we lent ours to our friend and the radiator was on full blast in this summer heatwave! We couldn't...

"Went down to Exeter for a graduation ceremony at the University so stayed at the hotel for one night. I would definitely recommend. Parts of the hotel are undergoing refurbishment, e.g. the restaurant - but the rooms were well kept, linen and towels all of an extremely high standard . Very clean.. Shower - really hot water - yay! A must after a long day! Great consideration also shown to guests, particularly in the warm weather by provision of an air conditioning unit in the room and...

"Absolutely excellent Inn, very friendly courteous staff, just couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful setting. Scenery was amazing as Exmoor is anyway. Will be going again in the not too distant future that's for sure"
