"My family and I have stayed at the Acorn numerous times. The staff is as helpful as they can be, the rooms are clean, the amenities in the room are all we need. A small family run motel, no elevator but free laundry which is terrific so you can travel with just a carry-on. My room had a wee kitchenette - I was reheating for the most part so it was perfect.
