Late arrival (22:30) was accommodated despite reception normally closing at 21:00 — appreciated.
Good breakfast.
Comfortable beds.
Nice views from the property overall.
Negatives:
Pool access: key card did not work; when raised, staff insisted it did rather than resolving the issue.
Room facilities: no tea/coffee, no water provided, and fridge not functioning.
Ventilation: no effective ventilation, making the room uncomfortable in warm conditions.
