"We absolutely loved our stay at Cradle Highlander and wish we could have stayed longer than one night. It is such a charming place - we loved the cosiness of our cabin, especially the wood fire and comfy bed. We also enjoyed the peaceful surrounds and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. If you're looking for an authentic wood cabin experience immersed in native bush, this is it!"

"Self contained cabin in the middle of farm country. Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. Perfect! Add to that the gorgeous dogs to make you feel at home, plenty of local wildlife around and a coffee pod machine in the kitchen made it the perfect stay. "The Burrow is a beautifully appointed 2 x bedroom cottage in Waratah which is close to the local lake and waterfall in town. Cradle Mountain and nearby waterfall walks are not far away. The cottage is very comfortable with electric blankets and air con for efficient heating in winter. The kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay including tea, coffee and basic supplies available - this was very handy. Communication with host was super easy with lots of info about the local area given....
