"I had read a terrible review and I was worried I had made a mistake. However, in spite of the urban decay on the street, the renovated lobby and excellent staff member who checked me in made me feel better. The hotel is being renovated and the halls and stairs look like hell. But, the room was air conditioned and newly, beautifully renovated. "The office closed at 9pm so I needed to make sure we arrived by then which was difficult. Their wifi was down so I couldn’t check in for at least a half hour. The shower nozzle was about 4’ high from the floor. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The staff were quite friendly however and the room was kind of what I thought it would be at such a cheap rate. Kinda clean, not updated or remodeled, but cheap. Good enough for a work trip. Overall I am satisfied with my stay."

"The best BnB we’ve ever stayed in. Check in process was extremely smooth. Our host gave us all the info plus an excellent dinner recommendation. The house is conveniently located downtown by the water. Breakfast was small but tasty, and included fresh baking."
