"This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends."

"The apartment is new so everything is nice and clean. My daughter enjoyed playing with toys. They do not have a water dispenser yet in the unit but they did provide bottled water. Some minor issues with one of the aircon units and fridge were very promptly attended to and all was well soon after. Next door neighbour was a teeny bit of a Karen but its ok. "The location is great. It is just 15min from JB CIQ. There are many food options and Jaya Grocer is available for other needs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is extremely comfortable with lots of amenities. Main complaint is the noise. I stayed on the 13rd floor on Friday and Saturday. "Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."
