However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected a much smoother and more reliable experience. "I definitely stay there again. Location is perfect for Snowboarding. 25 minute drive to Sölden Lifts, or you can take the bus for free. Bus ride will be about 40 minutes to Sölden Lifts. Awesome place."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

Es hat für uns schon etwas seltsames, wenn man bei einem Hotel seinen Schlüssel nicht an der Rezeption bekommt, sondern aus einer Box . Hat aber gut funktioniert. "We loved it! So clean and comfortable. We were there during off season so the patio was closed but the spa // wellness space was lovely and it’s walkable to a bunch of place in Oetz. "

We hadden met diner gekozen maar de opties waren summier en het eten helaas niet altijd lekker, zijn daarom een paar keer ergens anders geweest. "Wir waren nur für für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier, würden aber definitiv auch länger bleiben. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch einen hochwertigen Eindruck gemacht. Auch das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes Haus mitten in Ötz."

"Tolles Hotel in den Bergen mit super freundlichem Service und leckerem Essen. Viele Alm/Hüttenwanderungen direkt vom Hotel aus. Das Frühstück Buffet sehr gut und sehr sauberes Hotel mit perfekter Sonnenterrasse wo man die hausgemachten Torten geniessen kann. Wir kommen bald wieder. "

"Our stay here was only for one night, but it was very enjoyable! We would have stayed longer if we could've. Great service! We checked in at about 7:45 pm after a long day of driving and hiking, the front desk ensured we had a table prepared for dinner (which was supposed to end at 8 pm).
