"We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room...

"Our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, We stayed for 4 nights in the Condo. Love how efficient the check in and check out process was. The location is the greatest, walking distance to Dotonbori, transport. The facilities are more than adequate. Dislike: linen appeared clean but the curtain above our bed probably dusty so we felt quiet itchy most of the time while staying in the bed. The room is abit small for us five "

"Es bueno pero nunca recibimos los códigos para entrar y el check in es a las 4pm , llegamos a las 3 pm sin códigos de acceso y tuvimos que contactarlos para poder ingresar el lobby , y luego esperar por que hasta las 4 pm se puede ingresar . y teníamos agendado a las 4 pm un tour y no pudimos dejar las maletas. "Unique price and room friendliness. There was 3 of us total but could possibly hold up to 5 or 6 ppl. What we didnt like was that we found a big cockcroach by the front door when leaving the elevator but other than that nothing negative about our overall experience at this hotel/apartment."

"The place is nice. Room isn’t as big as I had hoped, pictures were a little misleading but all in all it was clean and well maintained. The biggest pitfall may be the inconvenience of having to walk at least 10-20 min just to get to a train or bus station. Also the red light district just to the right of the building(not very child friendly) but easily avoided so it wasn’t a problem at all. Staff responded to messages in a timely manner. "
