"El hotel es precioso situado en un lugar tranquilo con Spa. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó eran las almohadas. The only thing I did not like were the pillows., they were lumpy. Breakfast was excellent. We definitely recommend staying at brandshatch!!!"

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. This is a five hundred year old building so don't expect a Premier inn with nice even floors and shiny paintwork, however if you want a pub hotel with real character this place is a gem. Every member of staff was great and couldn't do enough to make the stay perfect. Unfortunately we didn't get to have a meal there but the breakfast is absolutely worth getting up for. We will be back. "

"The buts are well documented by previous guests. Kitchen needed a good clean, utility room very untidy, whole house due an update and could be stunning. We had ants in the kitchen and even in the dishwasher which meant we were washing up constantly and couldn’t leave food out in over half the kitchen. The owner knows this problem occurs.
