"Front desk always open to fix issues"

"The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money"

"The pictures are misleading and the hotel is not as nice as it seems. The cleaning and care of the room was poor. Had to ask each day for things that were forgotten, missing soap, toilet paper, etc.. Staff was not very accommodating when I expressed disappointment. Denit Machines rarely work, so bring cash."

"As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!"

"El hotel es un lujo. Tiene restaurante abierto al área de la piscina. Es uno de esos hoteles donde si vale la pena cenar, porque tienes comidas diferentes a hoteles internacionales. I really enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. Coming from Philadelphia, waking up to that view was something special...
