There was a hen party and they were also very loud for half the night. They had functions all werkend and this meant that staff weren't attentive if you weren't wuth the big party or if you managed to find someone to order from, they either asked us to ask someone else or took the order and forgot. "Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the...
