"Hotel normal. Le hace falta una remodelación en los pasillos, alfombras, paredes, luces de los pasillos. El aire acondicionado no soplaba. Tuve que pedir 3 abanicos para poder dormir bien. No vale lo que pagué, es la verdad. "

"Good buffet breakfast, rooms are clean but small, staff very nice and helpful. Good place to stay in Romford."

"Ubicación. Parking y restaurant (buen desayuno, lo huevos benedict eran muy buenos)."

"Great staff Our rooms A/C was not working so the staff happily changed rooms for us to a larger one"

"Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade."

"Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

"We stayed for 2 nights and our room was next to the gardens with people talking and kids screaming and running around outside our window. There was a hen party and they were also very loud for half the night. They had functions all werkend and this meant that staff weren't attentive if you weren't wuth the big party or if you managed to find someone to order from, they either asked us to ask someone else or took the order and forgot. "
