"The shower was over the spa bath. You couldnt use spa bath or as bath. The Bath itself leaked all water out side of bath through a hole someone had cut to allow it to drain and leaked through from wall over floor to drain. Hours later water still leaking out which meant puddles of water even in the night. After a shower the water was also spurting out of the hole like a small hose was spurting water. Tried to tell motel in morning but no one answered reception even though rang bell many times....

"Very nice historic house, however bathrooms are outside - just be aware about this. Soundproofing isn't that great either, we were lucky to have quiet neighbors but if they were noisier I imagine it would be pretty annoying. Everything else was very nice and comfortable ❤️"

They said the rooms were clean and comfortable, having a kitchen was important because I had set the builders up with their breakfast foods and they were sent back each night with their evening meal to heat up. "Fantastic views. Super modern studio. Lovely welcome email from the manager. Just remember its self contained. There are no basics like salt and pepper, tin foil, or gladwrap or anything other than basic plates, knife,forks etc. No broom or anything to keep it tidy if your there more than a couple of days but im OCD about that sort of thing lol. Beautifully presented and high level of cleanliness. Take extra kitchen bags etc for your rubbish if your eating in. 2 ring cooker and very small...

"The location is very nice and it deserves to meet Surat Bay! However, maybe this hotel is not the best choice as the treat received was not good at all. Although we hace contact to the hotel to comunicate our arrival time (8.30 pm) and they confirm us that there was no problem, the girl receive us angry saying that we do not write them and open our room giving us the key without explaining nothing about the hotel. "The property was just lovely. Yard and gardens were immaculate and Ray was very nice and pleasant to deal with. It was fine for one nice, but very dated and rather inconvenient to have the bedroom, fridge and "kitchen" & bathroom in 3 separate rooms-you had to go outside to go between them. A moderate renovation & some updates would go a long way to making this spot extra special."
