"The property was great and as advertised. There were plenty of essentials and a great outdoor entertaining area. The canal made for a short boat ride into Charlotte Harbor and room for my 19’ bay boat. The owner was very kind and responsive with any questions or concerns. "

"Was just as listing said, we had 8 adults and 4 children, all stayed comfortably at the house and it was nicely decorated big pool in backyard along with hot tube. We couldn’t have asked for a better place it was a great stay."

"We had amazing time! House beautiful pictures attached and was cleaned and stocked with everything they said would be there. Spent Father’s Day weekend with family and there was 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Fishing dock out back to the canal was perfect for my grandsons to fish and the pool was a big hit for everyone. Close to beach and place to put boat in for the guys to go fishing! Property kept in touch throughout our stay and was very kind and thankful. We loved it and will...

"The host, Christian, were very accommodating; they even had complimentary refreshments waiting for us in the fridge! The property met our special need and the location is great. Near downtown Punta Gorda, both quaint and hip. It is also dog friendly and convenient to several parks, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again. :)"

"Natalie was an amazing host. When we arrived we couldnt get in with the code, she immediately got us in through her husbands phone. She responded quickly whenever I had a question during our stay. This was mine and my 2 kids first big family vacation and Natalie made it so easy. The house was perfect. The pool was amazing and easily our favorite part of the house! Location was great! 10/10 "

The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous, newer home. It had everything our group of eight needed and more. The house was so well stocked, and it is clear the owners have gone out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of.
