The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! "Chose Studios Belvi for location: easy walk from Kotor's main bus station:10 min with luggage! inside historic Old City walls. It was even easier to find that we expected: walked in the Gurdic Gate & in two minutes in front of Studios Belvi's green shutters. "The place was very clean and comfortable. Dragan, the property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The only difficulty was the narrow parking space that was assigned to us. It was hard to get into, especially with standard (non-automatic) transmission. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is only a short walking distance from the entrance to the Kotor old town. "
