"We were worried prior to the trip because of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Gensan last June 8, 2026. We are thankful that the hotel didn't sustain major damage despite widespread devastation in the city. We stayed from July 5-July 10,2026 with family members. At one time there were 15 of us. "The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. "

"The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. "It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused."
