"NOISY Hotel - could NOT SLEEP! There was a prom event at their ballroom the same time we stayed there. I cannot fathom why the staff would put me and my son in a room ontop of the event. Needless to say it was LOUD and NOISY, not to mention teenagers SCREAMING in the hallway every 5 minutes until we had to call the hotel staff. I could NOT SLEEP due to the THUMPING OF THE MUSIC ALL NIGHT LONG. TERRIBLE INCONSIDERATE EXPERIENCE. "

"Staff, lobby incredible Rooms are outdated but clean Gym barely qualifies as a gym The big turn off was how dirty the water in the pool was. I would not even go in it was so bad. Its a 3 star hotel. Did the job but it will not be my first choice for sure"

"The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. "

"The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. "Las habitaciones son enormes. Los armarios muy grandes. El cuarto de baño , al estilo filipino, bien. La cama es suficiente (quizas un poco dura). Tienes zona ajardinada. Tienes piscina enorme (a compartir con lugareños). Un minizoo (aves sobre todo) y estanque de peces. Tienes una recepcion-comedor abierta y zona de comedor-convencion cerrada.
